Stay away - they treat their residents unfairly! I visited this building recently because I have friends living there and I saw their nonsense first-hand.
Very unsafe, and staff is unwilling to do even the bare minimum, save yourself the trouble and avoid this place
Felt very unsafe!
I loved the building and the area when we initially moved in and we begrudgingly renewed our lease until next year, even though they increased our rent without cause. However, the quality has gone down the toilet. Our apartment and hallway smells like marijuana half of the time and with a young child I’m not confident about how safe the place is with the amount of random people I see roaming the hallway. We’ve only been here three weeks, and we already regret moving in. From the start, the leasing office has been completely inconsistent. Their email didn’t even work when we were trying to sign our lease, and communication since then has been all over the place. Every time we asked a question, we got a different answer depending on who we spoke to. Be careful when applying for a floor plan—it likely won’t match what’s shown online.
