I had a wonderful experience touring with Amari and Mia. They were patient, knowledgable, and very attentive!!

This complex require that the household is dual income. It's not the apartment complex for you if you are self employed or a single income household. I applied to this complex and after paying the application fees, they said that income verification can only happen through paystubs. They require income verification from everyone on the lease (even if one spouse income way exceed the income threshold) or a notarized letter from a cpa or lawyer, magically within 72 hours of applying, if you are self employed.
