Michael and Delontae on the maintenance team are prompt and professional when responding to requests. They are also polite whenever I see them throughout the building. Their work helps keep the Apollo community a wonderful place to live.
Nice building. Small apartments. Concierge, if you like that kind of thing. Very nice looking and clean environment. Feels safe to be in such a busy corridor, with so many homeless and addicts hanging around and near by on 8th and H. The building feels a world apart from its environment.
Delonte has been helping us out since he came to the Apollo. Not only is he very friendly and easy to talk to, he takes care of business. He has fixed numerous things in our apartment as well as problem solving issues that weren't obvious. He is kind, respectful, and REALLY good at his job. We always make sure he knows how much we appreciate him. He represents the Apollo in the best light possible.
Staff in the building are all really helpful. Shout out to Dalonte for coming to fix an issue with my bathroom super quickly.
I went to view a couple of apartments on a random day no appointment and I was able to see the whole community that day. Front desk was very welcoming and with Jayda. She didn’t even ask if a had a time slot for a visit she went straight to the tour. She was so detailed and very friendly with answering all my questions. Immediately I knew this was the place for me. She didn’t rush my tour at all and I found that very professional giving that I didn’t have a scheduled tour.
