Updated review after moving out in 2024: The building was in much better condition when I first moved in and the experience was excellent. Unfortunately, safety as well as the integrity of the property significantly declined. Between growing unprofessionalism from front desk staff (if they were even there), to non-residents and homeless squatting in the lobby as well as gaining access to amenities after hours, increasing violence on H street and random rent increases, I would not recommend living here. I've had a great experience living at The Apollo. The location is fantastic—close to everything I need—and the amenities are top-notch. The staff have been consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. I want to give a special shoutout to Mason, our new Property Manager, as he recently went above and beyond to help me with an unexpected situation with my apartment. I lived in this building for 7 years. It has gone down hill drastically. Safety was a major concern. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
I love The Apollo and the leasing team so much. Jaya , Jada , and Jasmine are so awesome. Jaya always helping me and my mom out anyway that she can. They are a great amazing team.
I moved out from Apollo two years ago, this is the best building that I have ever lived! And the stuff here is very patient and friendly. I miss here everyday! If I ever move back to DC, I will definitely choose Apollo again!
