They refuse to deal with hoarding neighbors causing trash smells in the hallway, allowing unacceptable unsanitary conditions. Edit: A week later they still havent reached out to me "promptly".
I've been living in this apartment more than two years. The maintenance team have been doing a horrible job lately. They just complete the work orders without even addressing the issues or even worse they mess up the work orders with other apartments. Also, in the past 4 weeks 4 packages have been lost by the front desk of the building. This apartment and the maintenance team used to be managed much better than this. At this point I am considering breaking my contract and moving out.
Harmful MOLD in our apartment, in multiple rooms!! They ignored the problems for months and exposed our baby child to this with no remorse! They didn't even cover our moving expenses. Pathetic,disgusting property owners. Plus, there has been nasty sewage smell for 3 years! The hot water went out 3 times in less than 2 weeks. STAY CLEAR of this property.
I did not end up leasing here so this review is for the tour and Jaida who gave me a tour. The building is beautiful and the amenities are by far the best I've seen after touring many buildings. The staff seemed wonderful and this was among my top choices. Ultimately I ended up leasing elsewhere just for easier access to the metro for a commute. Jaida was so professional and kind throughout working with her and if my other choice doesn't work out, I would lease here.
The Apollo lays in the heart of H St. and above Whole Foods Market and Dolcezza. I've only ever been in the lobby of the building so I'll leave it to others to define the inner experience of this domicile.
