My husband and I moved here in May. We love it here. There is a lot of storage, feels like a home instead of an apartment. The staff is pleasant and caring. The maintenance staff is pleasant and hard working. I can't say enough about how wonderful these apartments are. It was definitely worth the move here. My apartment, my serenity.

Very happy here. I moved in January 2015 and can't believe it is almost 2 years already. Very quiet - even with children and dogs in the building, very rarely hear any noise. Both office and maintenance staff are very nice and helpful. Even one bedroom is very spacious plus free storage right outside your front door. Enjoyed the beautiful pool and pool area in the summer. Centrally located - less than 10 minutes from Lynnhaven Mall and Landstown Shopping Center. Less than 15 minutes from highway.
Great place to live in...Staff are wonderful and very supportive
It's really bad when you live below people who let their dog go to the bathroom on the balcony!! Did they grow up in a barn?! What's worse is that the office has been told twice already and they have the pictures I've taken and yet the dog is still using the bathroom above us! Anyone else dealing with this sort of problem? I'm now checking to see what my rights are and what can be done from here on out. I'll post on here what info. I get for future tenants.
Tons of closet space, comfortable living, and maintenance has been great to us. I feel safe and I can barely hear my neighbors which is great for a sleeping toddler. I would recommend :)
