My favorite part about The Apartments at Spence Crossing is how spacious and new the inside of my apartment is! I definitely recommend this community to all of my friends! #20PoundTurkeysAreLife
For any one with pets run far far away. To pet owners their not just animals their family. Asking that you split up your family because the 3 dogs you've had since their birth is just wrong. And there is no exception no matter how little they are. I have 3 Papillons all under 10lbs that together doesn't even add up to their 80lb limit. After being told I would have to choose one to leave behind I quickly said "Thanks for your time, but this clearly isn't going to work for my family and I!"
This place is the best! I would advise everyone to move into this amazing complex.
This is a wonderful place to live we've been here for 2 years now and everyone is great from the office staff, maintenance and all the neighbors. You have everything that you need here from the gym, pool, centrally located to brand new shopping center,access to the highway, clubhouse. I tell everyone I talk to how great this place is and all the great benefits of living here.
I so happy to call The Apartments at Spence Crossing my home. The floorplans are spacious and inviting. There is a sense of community at Spence Crossing with a fitness center, pool, club house and play area. The maintenance staff are always working to keep the community clean and fix any needs that come up within my unit. Sara and the Resident team make you feel like family the minute you walk in the door.
After living at Spence Gate for over a year my review would continue to be a 5+. It is by far the nicest apartment that I have lived in and my compliments go to the staff for the cleanliness of the grounds and the excellent upkeep of the apartments. I would highly recommend Spence gate to anyone looking for an excellent place to call home
I have been here with my family of 4 for nearly two weeks now. Although we don't "love" apartment living again, The Apartments at Spence Crossing have been a great place to call our new temporary home. My two girls are very happy even sharing a room (for now). The onsite maintenance proves to be quite helpful, the amenities are great (dog park, pool with onsite gas grill, kiddie play area, work out facility, ponds with ducks and geese and the occasional egret) and the grounds seem to be kept clean.
