I had two MRIs at the Grant Avenue/Roosevelt Boulevard outpatient MRI center. The receptionist, Sarah, was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, and efficient, and did everything with a smile. Sabu was my technologist. He was very knowledgeable, and alleviated my anxiety about being in the machine with a calming presence and good sense of humor. Great service all around!
I scheduled a primary care appointment at the 9501 Roosevelt Boulevard Suite 206 location with Kerry Dermody, CRNP. Kerry wouldn't see me for my scheduled appointment because I had not completed a COVID-19 test prior to my visit but I was not informed of the requirement to do this when 1) I scheduled the appointment sharing all my symptoms and 2) when I called Kerry's office 1 hour before my appointment to confirm we were still on (again with all my symptoms in their system). I had a really bad motorcycle accident and I was admitted to the hospital for three weeks upon leaving the hospital. I needed to get a referral from Lisa gentry which she said she needed to see me in order to give me the referral so I immediately left the hospital and went to her office to be seen for the referral. now I cannot drive. I am wheelchair bound, and I was a few minutes late about 10 mins. and because of this, she refused to see me or give me a referral. and now I have a leg that’s been broken for three weeks now ... read more
