Very good service and kind staff.
I had two MRIs at the Grant Avenue/Roosevelt Boulevard outpatient MRI center. The receptionist, Sarah, was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, and efficient, and did everything with a smile. Sabu was my technologist. He was very knowledgeable, and alleviated my anxiety about being in the machine with a calming presence and good sense of humor. Great service all around!
I scheduled a primary care appointment at the 9501 Roosevelt Boulevard Suite 206 location with Kerry Dermody, CRNP. Kerry wouldn't see me for my scheduled appointment because I had not completed a COVID-19 test prior to my visit but I was not informed of the requirement to do this when 1) I scheduled the appointment sharing all my symptoms and 2) when I called Kerry's office 1 hour before my appointment to confirm we were still on (again with all my symptoms in their system).
