Very good experience
Don't bother calling, you'll always get a message saying they're busy assisting someone else, and to try calling again. There is no hold.. After calling them almost a hundred times over the course of a few hours, I gave up.. You have to go to their physical location to communicate, and likely, whatever it is you need will have to be put on hold until a much later date. It's basic Erie quality. Held together with duct tape and the will to survive.
Very good vet
Mixed up medications. Very concerned as it led to emergency vet visits.
Awesome!!
