Everyone at Animedic are wonderful. From the minute I walked in the door until I left. Staff and Dr Heller are wonderful.
We took our 3.25 year old Whippet here this week to meet his new vet (we moved recently) and get his boosters for bordatella and lepto. One of the first things I noticed is how clean the place is, and the calm, well behaved animals given free reign. Then there is the great practice that my dog never left my sight. He was weighed in front of me, his temp was taken, he was examined, and he got his shots never having left my presence. Unfortunately my fur baby didn't have a great diagnosis, but the Dr. And the vet tech took great care of my kitty, explained everything well, and made me feel better about a bad situation.
The staff at Animedic were amazing with my dog Franz. He is the world's biggest baby when it comes to being poked and prodded. We were recently attacked by another dog and my dog sustained lacerations and bite wounds all over, and I rushed him to Animedic because it was just three blocks away. After my experience there I realized what I was missing in veterinary care. As an animal caretaker, I would highly recommend this facility.
Love everything about this place! The amazing staff are so friendly, so knowledgeable and truly care about our animal's and getting them better. I brought my dog last minute for a number of different things and they always find time for us and are always available to answer any and all of my questions. I trust Dr. Jones completely and will not go anywhere else.
