I've taken my dog here a few times over the past years and the service was usually great. Recently they've been overwhelmed and under staffed and it shows in both their customer service and the way the pets are taken care of. About 6-8 weeks ago I called here because I noticed my dog had trouble urinating and one day she peed blood. It was our first visit and my dog Daisy was Xrayed and give a courtesy exam. Staff was friendly, courteous and concerned.
We take our Pitbull there and they always treat him with love.
It's so great having a neighbourhood veterinary clinic, especially one that's easy to love like the Animedic. We went in a second time today for a quick vaccine visit. Liz, our vet tech, was wonderful -- super attentive, kind, and quick. AND she didn't even charge us for the tech visit (a lot of places will charge for a full check-up even if you had one within the last year). Lowest price we've ever paid for bordetella, too. All that AND a wonderful receptionist at the helm. <3
Took my little Chi in today after she woke up under the weather. Dr. Hughes was amazing, patient and thorough. This was by far the best vet experience I’ve had !
Caring staff and prompt attention to fulfill the needs of my doggie
The best vet overall I’ve ever been to!!! I’ve lived in four different states with my 6 year old lab mix so she’s had a few different vets, all of which she has been terrified of, but she LOVES going here - she even stops at the door to look inside every time we walk by. All of the Dr.s/staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and amazing with each animal. We switched to Dr. Jones and The Animedic team after years of dissatisfaction with our other vet and could not be happier! Recently we had to put one of our crew to sleep and everyone at The Animedic was so kind and thoughtful.
