We love it. We joined when we moved to Franklin because our daughters were in active kids. They spend most of their time here as a matter of fact. All the staff are great. The kids programs (after school, camp) are the best in Franklin especially after all of the upgrade to the facilities work last year.
Drew's cross-training class is AWESOME! I just finished my first 6 weeks of his class and I'm already seeing body changes! Drew pushes you to try your hardest and helps modify when you can't do an exercise! There is mix of cardio and weighs. Kettle bell swings, plate pushes, cleans, and running! I would recommend everyone trying it! I can't wait for the next session to start!
