Very very very disapponted. I called in July to cancel my wife's membership - she could not use it for personal reasons. Was told it had to run through September (the one year deal), unless we got a physician's letter. WELL GUESS WHAT - the truth is that the memberhsip automatically renews unless your complete a form to cancel. She did not sign up for 1 year and 1 month, 1 year and 2 months, nothing more than 1 year. WAY TO GO OWNER, way to scam a family/member. You guys are amazing!! We hosted my daughter's 4th birthday party at your facility, and had a wonderful experience. The staff were thoughtful and fun with the kids, and all the partygoers kept talking about what a great time they had. We will definitely be back!!
