The Academy At Frisco most definitely leads the pack of luxury student living in Fayetteville. From the spacious living spaces to the short walk to the happenings of Dickson Street, this place is the full package! I have nothing but great things to say about the management team, especially Jacob Brown. He made the leasing process a total breeze and possess an incredible set of people skills.
I would love to leave zero stars - worst experience ever - my daughter was one of the original tenants that was delayed and delayed and delayed - HORRIBLE - then their apartment had mold growing everywhere and its supposed to be Eco Friendly!!!! oh you can change apartments they said but would not help them move - would not recommend to my worst enemy

Shady management, no staff live there, parking garage sucks, they tow your car when you are in your correct spot, they don't tow the car that steals your spot, the tow agency doesn't take anything but cash and it's like 123 dollars (wtf), they never clean the halls even if it's hazards like broken beer bottles in the elevator or hall, they tour the place only on first floor so parents don't see the other floors (because God knows no parent would let there son or daughter live there).
