Worst living experience I have ever had. The management does nothing for horrendous residents. If you are looking for a place to live that you can trash with no consequences, this is the place. But don't be shocked if the elevators are broken for a month and nobody does anything about it. Feel very badly for the matinence workers, who are very timely with in apartment requests, but are constantly having to clean up puke, broken class, and trash that is littered everywhere.
Closet molded, wall leaking and TV not working on move in day. Didn't have room to move all 4 boys. Still not all fixed weeks later, disrespectful with personal items while working on room and no offer for making it right. Happy to update rating when we get treated the way they would want to be if they lived in the room.
Great. I'm going to miss it this upcoming year. The staff is the most friendly and helpful group of people!

From the moment Jacob Brown toured me around, I knew it was a great complex to live in. The management is great and so is the staff. Couldn't be happier living anywhere else than here.
From the awesome layouts and amenities to the short walk to campus AND Dickson street, this complex is a MUST for any student trying to get the most out of their living here at the University Of Arkansas. If you decide to sign a lease I highly recommend asking for a gentlemen by the name of Jacob Brown, he was top notch. Nothing but respectful, understanding, and very friendly. You won't regret it!!!
