The only positive about living here is close proximity to campus. Other than that, the management is terrible, hallways are ALWAYS dirty, very very noisy all of the time, the front desk staff are the most unhelpful people. All they want is to screw you out of money. They offer those "great" deals for signing early or resigning early, then only a select few receive this offer even if you meet all of the qualifications & they promise you the deal to your face at the front desk. Definitely would never live here again. I’ve only lived here for 3 months and I already hate it. Most of the staff and maintenance people are unfriendly, the hallways always stink, and half the time the elevators don’t work. I think me and my roommates submit about 5 maintenance requests a week because nothing ever works and the appliances always break. Nothing about this place is worth the amount of rent you have to pay. I would avoid living here at all costs if possible.
I wish I could rate this place less than 1 star because honestly they deserve it. Absolutely horrible staff, parking, and just all around crap. The staff waiting on me had a HICKEY on her neck WTF??
