Disturbed. The actual apartment is very nice upon moving in. Until you actually wake up in the middle of the night from mice scratching in the walls. The foundation of the apartments is complete trash. Everyday we come home to bugs. My 3year old son has woken up to pest (HUGE ROACHES) IN HIS BED! We’ve called Management and the response was it’s normal to have rats and roaches in your apartment due to the hurricane. Whaaaa?!?! This is not normal. Move in My Bf just moved in a few days ago and it was not bad at all. I have not had an issue with parking yet, but I guess its because he has a sticker. The staff was nice and friendly. I also met the manager and she seems nice too. I don't know why all the bad reviews but oh well time will tell.
bugs bugs bugs every apartment bugs. they excuse everything they do wrong. Run around this staff takes true patience.

the real about the apt well moved here about 5 mths ago... yes parking is a bit of a pain ...these apts are old fashion so yes your going to have some problems ... the maintenance guys are pretty cool with the response time ... its needs a lot of landscape that needs to be taken care of ... well lets just say its more of your neighbors,the area you stay in the apts and the time you put in to make it work for you... so fa so good ... but the water bill is VERY OUTRAGEOUS.... office staff is cool and understanding. but its by ... read more
I AM A CURRENT RESIDENT I have been a resident with this site since before the Abbey came along. Before them it was a great place to live. The community was great, the amenities were great and it was just a top notch place to live worth every penny. BUT, since the abbey has taken ownership these are the experiences I have had. Where these 5 star reviews are coming from must be the office personnel themselves because NOBODY wants to stay. Crappy management Extremely money hungry. Will charge for absolutely anything. They don’t treat you like people here, they see you as a money sign. Save yourself the headache and lease somewhere else. Nothing but problems with this location since day 1! Overcharged and double charged, no excuses.
Avoid this community. My fiancé and I moved into this apartment complex about around January of 2017 and we signed an 18 month lease for about $14k a month. There is an issue with trash being left out in the halls by kids and probably the valet trash service. People complained including myself and one they blamed it on maintenance and said it was their responsibility then they sent out letters to certain tenants telling them to clean up in-front their doors. Office Staff I seldom go to the Leasing Office to ask a question. However, every time I do I run into a wall with Kerry. Let us begin in the beginning. When I first visited the complex, she talked to me and said that there were units coming up vacant at the end the month. She showed me the model apt and I agreed to fill out an application. I waited for her to call me about the application status, but she never did. Therefore, I stopped by the complex to find out and bring the admin fees.
