Quiet and affordable pet-friendly community in a wonderful location... My husband and I have been here for just over two years. It's a lovely, quiet neighborhood with excellent rates and amenities. During our time here our a/c, refrigerator, and dishwasher have all broken down at least twice each. Maintenance was quick to repair the issues. They have even come in late at night when the building lost power. All of our neighbors are super friendly. Customer Service I recently bought a large amount of furniture during a sale. The ladies in the leasing office were super accommodating. They even had maintenance bring extra big boxes into my apartment. One even helped carry a large box to my place. I am moving out to relocate for my job, and they were still eager to help. It was greatly appreciated.
Flooded out of my roach infested apartment Living here was a terrible experience. My apartment was infested with roaches, maintenance did nothing about it although they would fill out work orders as done. Same thing for our front window that would leak every time it rained. they never fixed the problem, only painted over it. Mold started growing in the apartment when I was there, they refused to even test for it, they just painted over the evidence. Very helpful and action oriented These ladies are amazing. People will always have issues wherever they live, and what matters most is the response of the staff. This staff is AMAZING! ALL OF THEM! I have had to encounter them all in dealing with little things upon moving in 3 weeks ago; Paloma, Darlene, Audrey, Milli, Melissa and Laura. LACK of professionalism and moral integrity I've had multiple unfavorable incidents with this property from poor customer service to the lack of professionalism. However, today's experience has struck a nerve with me. The management here lacks moral integrity and professionalism. It's often baffling to me when people can make false claims without a conscience. Great community! Is there an option for 6 stars!? Driving into the community felt like home, they have great curb appeal! Did i mention the LOCATION?! I have visited many of the apartment communities in the Spring area in search of my new home and nothing else compared to this beautiful community. I love the staff and location I moved here approximately 7 months ago and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience! Kimberly and Allison have always been a great help in the office. They are very kind and get things done quickly. I got to meet the new property manager and he seems to have a good head on his shoulders. Nice community I recently moved into Abbey and I have had a good experience so far. The staff is friendly and attentive, The property is really nice with some good features like the pool and splash pad and when I was moving in the process was very easy. Overall I would recommend this community to anyone looking around.
