Roaches EVERYWHERE. In my coffeemaker. In my dish cabinet. All over the place. Pest control doesn’t keep them away, no matter how many times they sprayed. Dingy hallways, no lights in the living room, shower never felt clean no matter how many times I scrubbed. The walls were so thin we could hear entire conversations in the hallway. Amazing facility. Beyond pleased with my experience with the office staff. The property manager, Kim, will always return calls and emails in a timely manner. You could not ask for a better place to call home.
The Abbey at Regent’s is a beautiful community. The Manager and Maintenance team is very professional and provides outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Abbey at Regent’s.
