Looks like you have a beautiful establishment that I'm sure you would love to share with others, however owning a business means you are to know and learn the laws for everyone, including making sure your employees have this knowledge. If you or your employees are not familiar with the ADA make yourself aware at this point so that another family is not turned away.
Looks like some education about service dogs is overdue. So sad that a family with a little 3 yr old boy that has a service dog was turned away and had to find an alternative place to stay that would allow their son to be with his service dog.
