Every time I step into the 12 I feel a sense of family and we are all working together for a common goal: to become the best versions of ourselves. The team at the 12 are the best in the biz and because of them, I'm in the best shape of my life and more importantly, I've been able to sustain this level of fitness for the past 3 years. Trust in the program, trust in the trainers and you will not have a single regret.
Hands down the best training facility in Orange County. Nothing else comes close! No other gym has more qualified trainers who absolutely LOVE what they do! Form is huge but so is having FUN at the same time. Top notch equipment, incredible trainers, a beautiful facility, and the 12 COMMUNITY make this place second to NONE!
So excited for the new location in HB!!! I've had a few fitness journies in my past. Like probably many of you, I've had my ups and downs. What makes this place stand apart is that they put equal effort into every aspect of their facility. The classes are challenging but the trainers are highly trained to help with form and modifications when they're needed.
