This place is amazing! The staff is super friendly and the trainers are top notch. I now work out 6 days a week because of The 12...I’m hooked!
The 12.. I started going here because I followed a pretty little lady named Jess. She told me I would be hooked once I started.. and boy was she RIGHT! I love the environment and how encouraging everyone is. No one is ever judging you and is always there to help push you through the toughest task! I fell in love with the workouts and how hard and challenging they were but you always ended up having a great time through the sweat and tears. They all have kick ass trainers! Don't believe me? Come see for yourself!!!
I'm a Bilateral Above Knee Amputee, and Keith makes adaptations to the workout to accommodate my needs. Excellent!

This is an absolute beautiful facility. The staff and the instructors are World Class! I have been a member of The 12 Costa Mesa for a year now and it's been life changing for me. I've become stronger, leaner and more flexible. The culture of these clubs are like no other. I've become friends with so many incredible members and staff. Give it a try....amazing, amazing!
