Paid for a Move-Out clean, I got exactly that. The apartment was so clean that someone could have moved in the same day! Jeni's Allstars came in, and got to work. All I did was packed up the last of my things, and got out of their way. They did an excellent job, and I will be using them again!

Terrible Service! They left all the trash on my patio. They didn’t wipe down counters. I called before booking and asked about all the services provided and they completely dropped the ball. I want my money back!
Paid for deep cleaning. Ruined my stainless sink with some sort of cleaner. Messaged them through their app and didn't respond. Didn't vacuum along the front edge of couch leaving dog hair built up. Left key lockbox on door backwards and didn't change the combination.
The team did a great job! The house was spotless and organized.
