Took my shih tzu for grooming, discussed how I wanted the cut. short keeping long at ears and tail...got him totally shaved short short to his skin all over. I never should have left him when walking in the door at opening time it smelled so bad. Apparently staff doesn't keep up on cleaning the facility. The only reason I went there was because my normal groomer couldn't get him and for another 3 weeks. I'll be stepping up my game to make appointments at metz pets so this never happens again.

This place is the absolute best! My dog is a completely different dog now from the family dog class. We will be attending more classes very soon!
They are great! Really work hard and make sure you understand the techniques they are teaching you!
