We have used them for dog training, daycare and grooming. Very pleased with all services. I thought I wanted Nora’s coat longer but left her for Marcy to decide. So very happy with the cut.

THEY SHAVED A NON MATTED HUSKY. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Do not use them!!
Never in a million years. Would a groomer SHAVE a husky. It’s not only bad for their health. But can cause te growth issues. First I arrived to pick up my husky. Before I had seen him the lady said “we had to shave behind his legs a bit because he had some matted hair.” Of course I didn’t not think they’d completely shave my dog. So I pay $75!!!!!! In regards to this post/review. Our groomers are aware that the Husky breed is double-coated and should not be shaved. We have many other husky clients and we do not shave down their dog. However, that does not mean that all cases allow for every groomer to not shave a double-coated breed. It is our job to do what is best for the animal, and in some cases the matting is so tight at the skin line that it will 1) be VERY painful and a lot for a dog to go through to just pull and try to brush out 2) it is unhealthy and unsafe t... read more
Shaving any dog with double coats is a serious health risk for the dog. Especially when the owner did not ask for this. 0/10
What kind of place shaves a husky?!? What kind of answer is “that’s how it’s done around here” WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU SHAVE A HUSKY IN OHIO?!? Please educate your groomers. There is no justification for this.
