I bought a software disc (later I found it to be grossly overpriced and outdated) and tried to return it TEN MINUTES LATER when i learned I already had a newer version. He said his accountant said he couldn't take returns. This guy could have had my business long term but opted to talk ridiculous circles, and in my opinion, invoke the name God as it suited him.
Customers have left comments that their techs with 20+ years of expreiance get the job done right for a lot less than the other stores. One review shows a $600. quote from a big box store brought to them that was done for around $200. God Bless That Computer Store.
Why preform CPR for one and a half hours on a dead computer when you know it's dead in the first 30 minutes. Answer : Lets hike the time spent and the total charge. Don't get ripped off, go somewhere else.
I sent my husband into this store to buy 256 REMs, but this store sold him 4 times what he needed. My husband is not computer savy, so they took advantage of him. They then told him he needed the computer cleaned, even though we just had it cleaned and they sold him a headset for a program we owned that isn't even functional yet. This store will definitely take advantage of your inexperience. Their price on the memory was also over-inflated. Don't use them!
I was in this store yesterday to ask a question about my laptop that had quit working and the gentleman working there gave me a free check up and found that my computer was needing serious repair. When I offered to pay him for his work, he just said "God Bless You". What a deal, free service and a blessing from God's servant.
