INCREDIBLE! – I was referred to this company by so many people and now I know why. They are incredible, my computer is better than new and I didn't have to put up with a bunch of guys making me feel stupid. I LOVE THEM! They are extremely busy so if your computer still works get in their line. I think they call it a Q. They are worth waiting for!
Nothing but the best -- very fair. – Their policy is treat us like you would like to be treated - if you are rude and unreasonable, they probably will return the favor. I think that is fair. People think they can bully you and then expect them to be nice and accept their rude behavior. I have had the best results talking directly to the owner - she is very straightforward and willing to help. Occasionally her staff will brush you off but for the most part they do a much better job than others.
Excellent – I've been using That Computer Chick for 2 years. I love their service and they always explain things so I can understand. They're not only upfront and honest, they're patient. They're busy because they're good at what they do. And it's nice getting a woman's touch.
AWFUL. do NOT go here. – This was the worst customer service I have ever recieved. It took them almost a month to contact me about my computer that they said would only take about a week, and when they did they wanted to charge me an extra $200 because a jack wasn't working for my charger. I had fully charged it the day before I brought it there so it would not die while they were working on it. I informed them that it must have happened there and they were SO rude. Excellent customer service! – I may not have given them the acid test of a total meltdown on my PC, but the problems I was having with overheating and noisy fans was fixed in about twenty minutes. It required a fair amount of disassembly and blowing out with air while simultaneously vacuuming the freed crud. It totally fixed the problem and no matter how I insisted, she would not take any money. The conversations and comments convinced me she was knowledgeable in general. She certainly locked in a loyal customer.
