That Computer Chick is absolutely over the top with their repair services and customer service. I have taken three different laptops to Linda that were infected and inoperable. Each time I walked out the door with a working computer and all my unsaved documents. Was told by someone else that laptops are virtually irreparable and should just be replaced. Well, they just don't know "That Computer Chick"! Their explanation of your computer problems and follow up are truly amazing as well. Best kept secret in Marietta!
That Computer Chick is exceptional! When the G**k Sq**d said my tablet was dead, the Computer Chicks fixed it quickly at a reasonable price. I'm happy!
I am so very dissatisfied with this company. I dropped my iPH516 phone in water and took it to them for repair. They opened the case and confirmed water damage. The quote for repair was $85 and I left my phone telling them I needed to have it by the end of the day because I was leaving for vacation the following day. When I returned for my phone the bill was $150 and I was told there were 2 wires that needed to be replaced and had to be ordered but that my phone should function until I could return the following week for rep... read more
Excellent service! I have been using them for years. They always help me understand what I'm doing wrong and don't treat me like I'm stupid (even though I swear I am). Their pricing is very fair, and often don't charge me for quick things or log in services. They have a lot of customers, so sometimes there is a wait for a few days, but not bad. And if I'm in a hurry they can usually squeeze me in! I wil never go anywhere else!!
I brought my laptop in to have the screen replaced and see if they could fix a key that was sticking. They ordered and replaced the screen. However, their solution for the key was to switch it with a less used key. Which promptly fell off. When I said I was disappointed because now my laptop was missing a key the owner replied that it was an 'even swap'. I said calmly that I disagreed because now my laptop (which I use at work) was missing a key. Then she exclaimed 'Well I'm not buying you a new freakin' keyboard!' I merely ... read more
I have never been to a company where the owner sat with me, fixed my problem, then didn't charge me...and she's done it 3 times!! I refer everyone to them. They are AMAZING!
Everything seems innocent enough in the beginning, but read the fine lines about what it means to have your computer "diagnosed". $50 to figure out why my SSD was broken and there wasn't a single thing "diagnosed". I paid for them to run a couple of disk checks and basic diagnostics to no avail. The next method of action was just a hunch as to whether or not what they were about to do would fix it. Great Service – That Computer Chick is the best place to take your computer. They do a wonderful job and I drive a long way just to get my computer fixed by knowledgeable and professional people. The only computer repair I will ever go to from now on – INCREDIBLE is putting it lightly... this shop at the Due West Location is the BEST. I have spoke to several computer people and this shop explained everything to me and went out of their way to help me. I really should call Linda the owner the "Computer Angel" my computer was dead...screen had all these colored lines on it and it was so close I thought it was on its last leg.
