Dropped by unannounced to see if he could look at my gaming PC and figure out why it was crashing. He told me he wouldn’t be able to get to it for weeks, but told me to try a few things first, essentially giving me a free consultation. First thing he instructed me to try resolved the issue. His advice saved me weeks and likely hundreds of dollars. Will ensure to stop by and reimburse Lance for his time and advice. Clearly great guy and very knowledgeable.
Lance was great, reset my laptop very quick and affordable. Super nice guy, I highly recommend taking your cpu to thatbytes for all repair needs. No need to shop around, you won't be disappointed.
