My daughter dropped off her computer to have her screen repaired on March 17th and it wasn’t ready until July 22nd. This was after REPEATED phone calls (most unanswered), several emails (all unanswered), and two trips to the repair shop. When she would get in touch with him she was told over and over again that he was “working on it as fast as I can” but it still took FOUR MONTHS to complete the job. Great local place to get repairs or help with your computer.
I'm really not sure what to do other than post a review. My husband's hard drive crashed and he was looking for someone to do data recovery. I found That Bytes online and told him this would be a good place to go based on reviews and proximity to our home. It's been 2 months and we can't get in touch with him to get it back. This is the worst repair shop I've ever had the displeasure of going to. I dropped my laptop off on December 9th, 2025 to get a fan replaced. I picked the option where it would be done in 30 days or less, simple right? Wrong. I hadn't heard anything from him and decided to call about three weeks later.
