Spend thousands on a wedding ring and have the diamond snap off the band twice, second time we lose the diamond. They don't stand behind their product and want to charge you the same price as the whole ring to get the diamond alone replaced. Then mentioned their "warranty" that wasn't offered none of the times we were there before. My advice is if you do business with them ask them how they would handle these situations for you if they came up. God forbid your wife loses the diamond off her ring that's a little over 3 years.... read more

Terrible experience. I tried to return a watch 3 hours after purchase and was denied. I purchased a watch and had it sized in store (links taken out of bracelet) and tried to return the item but was denied for the watch had been “altered” even though they did it in store. Company is only looking for tourists sales for a quick buck and not local loyal customers. Will not ever be back. Made buying a luxury watch a terrible experience.
