Dr.Tran and her assistants were wonderful however her office staff is the absolute worst I have seen. Kim especially is rude, doesn't listen, takes her time sending in paperwork. A copy of my visit notes were never sent to my neurologist or given to me. They charged me 180 dollars and promised a refund that hasn't yet been received almost 3 months later when I wasn't supposed to be changed in the first place.
