I rolled into town yesterday excited with the specific goal of going to Thairish to see Kerrigan and to buy my two favorite meals. To my horror, Thairish is now closed. :( Although I use to live in Baltimore, I didn't discover Thairish until I returned here after moving back to NY. On one of my many visits back to Charm City, a friend took me there and Kerrigan suggested I try his Tofu Masaman and Vegetable Pad Thai. It was delicious! I'm visiting Baltimore after being away for four years. Just found out Thairish, my favorite place in Baltimore is closed! So sad! Does anyone have a way to contact Kim the chef? I'd give anything for a chicken pad Thai again, or at least the recipe!!!
