Oh boy! – My wife and I found this place about 6 months ago. We've pretty much gone at least 2 or 3 times a month since. We can't get enough of their sashimi.
Get past the name... – and you'll that food is decent. Everything is somewhat overpriced, and the waitstaff seems unnecessarily snotty. A very average restaurant, but it has a prime location near Emory.
Incredible gem in Briarcliff area! – We tried out this place last night and I cannot believe what a gem we found! My boyfriend and I eat sushi all over the city and suburbs in search for high quality fresh seafood and this place has it. The service was knowledgeable and the portions were enormous. The sashimi dinner platter is out of this world! Check this place out..it is a lot nicer inside than it seems it would be since it is situated next to Kroger!
Not that good – The Mon & Tue dollar sushi night is cheap. But the sushi is just OK. The Thai food is really bad. And the service sucks
Great Restaurant, Convenient Location – I love this place! Don't miss the $1.00 sushi special on Monday and Tuesday nights--what a deal! The sushi is quite good, and the Thai food is fresh tasting, not overly greasy or heavy. It's not the glitziest location in town, next to a Kroger and an Eckerds, but it's extremely convenient for those in Morningside, the Emory area, and Virginia-Highlands. An undiscovered gem – We have been eating at this place now several times following the stunning renovation job. This is an undiscovered gem, business seems to be picking up but no crowds yet. Beautiful environment. Friendly, attentive and fast service. Very, very good Thai food and absolutely outstanding Japanese food (the sashimi is a dream!). Prices are reasonable, the place is a bargain for lunch.
