They overbook constantly. Went in at 1pm waited 20 minutes for them to schedule me back at 7pm. Went back at 7pm the girl never even wrote us in the book! She wouldn’t even look up and apologize. Went down the road where they made our nails look the best they ever have so ended up being a win for us I guess. Will not be returning to Thai Cottage.
Booked an appointment the day before leaving on vacation, when I arrived they were quite a bit behind and I had to wait. Had a dip done and she put a shellac topcoat on that didn’t even last 3 days, all of the nails chipped right off. I do not have my nails done often, but when I do it will not be here.

First time getting nails and Pedicure. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Highly recommend them. Went with a bridal party and everyone's nails looked AMAZING.
