Thanks to all the ladies at TGR! My wife Kay Hornbrook has been a member for a while now and loves it there. Last night we celebrated our 9-year wedding anniversary and she was "stop traffic" hit in her little black dress. Wine isn't the only thing that improves with age. Finding a place where she can work her ass off and have fun has been the key in her tranformation!
Was trying to book a party and I left several voice mails over the course of a week and a half with no response. Called a place in DSM, they answered the phone and party was booked same day. Owner finally returned my call 3 days after that, to bad she lost out on a $500 party.
Only took me a week to fall in love with this place! Such laid back classes and super supportive!Feeling stronger within each and every class I take. I also love the variety of classes they offer!
Best place to workout and have fun in the Des Moines metro area.
