For four months I can not get anyone to pick up the phone at the downtown location or answer their email for general or important questions. A friend and I had a class in December (that I drove from Toledo, IA - hour and a half drive, for) that we booked online and when we got there the building was closed. We checked the Ankeny location and it was also closed. There was no sign or notice that it was closed.
