We had an unbelievable waitress!!!�����. She asked us what your supposed to ask. That has never been done at this restaurant before. She had Proverbs 10:31 on her arm as a tattoo. Please tell her thank you and we would like to have her as our waitress again when we return.��
Service not great put waitress bartend at same time not cool food was okay not the best not sure if well go back .
I just want to brag a bit on Kara. She is a server/bartender that worked tonight. While a coworker was spending entirely too much time and "attention" to a customer at the bar. Kara gave incredible service to not only the bar, but the booths surounding the bar basically by herself. My husband and I were in one of those booths and while I was disappointed to see an employee of Friday's be so "attentive" to a customer, it was a pleasure being served by a server who did everything with a smile. Hailey the bartender is always amazing and attentive. My food was delicious and the service was fantastic!!
Staff if friendly. BUT every time I go in something happens. Ordered Mac and cheese burger 2 weeks ago. Waiting for 25 minutes before they told me they didn’t have it. They fixed it and made it right. Then we came in and ordered the unlimited apps, we got the unlimited apps card that advertised $12.99. Server gave us it when we sat down. Then when we went to reorder apps we went to order the quesadilla and he came back an told us that’s the wrong card an gave us a new unlimited apps card that advertised $15.
