I have tried several times, and have made a decision will never go back. food was not that great, took forever to get, never got a refill on drinks, and waited almost 20 minutes for someone to come by so we could ask for a check

We came to TGIF for karaoke and waited over 15 minutes AT THE BAR and we NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED. yes, they were busy, but the server on our side never bothered to make eye contact or bothered to mention that she’d be with us in any amount of time. We flagged another server who apologized that she had her own side to cover. This is the second time with the exact same experience. Please hire bartenders who can handle the bar. This was less than miserable.
Just made a call in order. The girl taking the order even repeated everything to me. Yet still upon pick up one item was not even on the ticket, didn't get the extra dressing that was ordered, ordered two completely different burgers yet received 2 of the same burgers. Ridiculous
Fun Karaoke and nice folks
Sat 20 minutes before any server came to table. It seems the staff had no idea of who was waiting on what table. An additional 25 minutes before one out three appetizers came. 10 minutes and the other two apps. Then the meal came 5 minutes later. Just poor service. It seems clear the wait staff is not coordinated.
