We’ve tried this location several times and it’s just gotten worse and worse. My husband and I had dinner here this evening and we had several things wrong with our meal. I’m not usually one to complain but when my chicken is practically still bawking, I have to send it back. Sent it back and I asked for salmon instead. Took about 20 extra minutes for that to come out. The manager never once came to speak to us or ask if there was anything he could do. They then charged us for the chicken AND the salmon. I took my wife to dinner tonight. We sat at the bar. Usually it's faster service. Not in this case. The bartender said she was alone. We ordered drinks. 16 minutes later we received our drinks. 28 minutes later our order was taken. The kitchen staff was pretty quick. I asked for a rare steak and it came out medium. I didn't have the time to wait for another and was fearful of even saying anything. I worked at Shakers some 18 years ago so I know how well received a wrongly cooked steak goes over in the kitchen. Used to love it. Food, service. It was all bad. Ribs had no meat. Brussel sprouts were nasty.
I came here for prom dinner and I ordered a cheeseburger. I got to the middle of my burger and it was COMPLETELY raw. When asked if they took it off my bill they refused. Terrible and disgusting
This was the WORST steak I hav EVER had. I'm not a youngster, 58, I've had a few in my time. I will NEVER go back to this place.
Food was good. Was cooked nicely and the pricing was fair. Service was pretty good, though it was nothing to write home about. All in all, no major complaints.
