The hostess was waiting, with menus in hand, to seat us when we walked in the door. Service was hit or miss after that. The server did an awesome job taking our order (we can be finicky). Meals took a looonnnnggg time to arrive. We had salads and they arrived after we were halfway into our steaks. The food was excellent though!
Went in seated quickly, placed order for appetizer that never came. Steak looked like a McRib from McDonalds I ordered my steak medium and it was well done and hard as a rock. My chicken was gross with a slim like texture. Never offered a refill on any drinks, waitress only came to table twice take order and drop the check.
Rack of ribs has definitely shrunk. Didn’t realize there was sticky sauce on the table until it got all over my coat. After many years I will not be going back to this Fridays.
I will always recommend Friday's as a place to eat. I went to this Friday's in particular on April 6 2019 and we came in with a good amount of people and our service there was very good.... After we paid we could not find our waitress to hand deliver her tip (there were 3 tabs some tipped on their credit card and others in cash) and ask for some ice . So we found it very weird that she was no where to be found..... Long story short At midnight $2000 tried to come out of my moms account .... Friday's was the only place we use... read more
We love fridays, but the last two times we’ve went we have been told there is a 45 minute wait when there is less than a third of seats filled. We have three children, and myself and my wife and tonight we attempted to go and was immediately met at the door and told it would be 35-45...typically ok no worries, yet I take a look and see 7 suitable spots to seat us along with the other family of four that had already been waiting for 30ish minutes! Me and my husband are on our anniversary trip here in Myrtle beach . We absolutely love TGI Fridays and will go to one wherever we may be ! We went to this one and was seated right away which is awesome , but once we were seated we had at least 4 servers pass us , give us eye contact and never even took our drink order! After waiting for almost 15 min without any acknowledgement from ANY server so we walked out ! We even told the host that we were walking out because no one waited on us and they never even tried to stop us !... read more

My friends & I dined here yesterday. Food was good but service was poor. Waitress payed more attention to surrounding small talk than she did to taking our order. My order was written correctly & she still brought it to the table incorrectly. She didn’t come back to give my friends & I drink refills even though the restaurant wasn’t crowded.
