After waiting for 20 min we never received our appetizer (spinach and artichoke dip), then the server came out and we told him we no longer wanted the dip and we would just wait for our food. The server then told us that the food had not even been started yet!!! We never got any food after 30 min so we left and went to the Buffalo Wild Wings right next to it. I came all the way from Augusta because we don’t have one... and I absolutely love TGIF... it started off a lil Rocky because I can tell they were a lil short handed... but I can honestly say our server Jason was the best he had such good spirit inspite of everything he gave us excellent service and I hope when I come back he will still be there... kudos to Jason...need more people like him in the restaurant business
After waiting for 30 minutes for a table for 8 they sat us two separate booths across from each other when there were plenty of tables that could have been put together and we could have had a family meal together. The floors were nasty. Not adequate staffing for the amount of people coming in and out. They have zero kids menus. I ordered angry orchard to drink and they didn’t have that either. Our waiter was AMAZING. And the food was great! First time ever eating at T.G.I. Friday’s and would definitely recommend to anyone.

One drink was over $11. Wet floor informed the person taking us to our table and told him. Noticed the lemon was kicked under the chair and floor still wet when we left. Waiting for a accident to happen and being sued TGIF.
Please cook your chicken! The chicken is always undercooked! and the burgers are always overcooked! ooh and the mashed potatoes taste like they come from a box.
ribs were great french fries were good just a good place to eat
service was not good i asked for something to drink and had to wait like 10 minutes. Then my wifes chicken sandwich was burnt we told the waitresses but nothing was done about it. Just not a very good experience was gonna tell the manger but vot tired of waiting for him after i had asked so we just paid and left McDonald's buger woukd have been better just money wasted
