Just picked up a salad from there. They forgot to include the dressing. When calling them to let them know was told well you can drive back here and pick it up. I asked is that all No comps or anything ? Was told “Roger That!” Really ? Poor customer service at its finest. Oh and the salad was not fresh nor good Bagged lettuce.
On our last visit, the Service was really slow, and it wasn’t because it was busy, it was almost empty, we both had burgers, which arrived overcooked and dry, the fries weren’t much better, seems the food and service has gone downhill
food was great but slow coming out. we waited too long after finishing our appetizers
