On our last visit, the Service was really slow, and it wasn’t because it was busy, it was almost empty, we both had burgers, which arrived overcooked and dry, the fries weren’t much better, seems the food and service has gone downhill

we happen to be in albany so we used out gift card there next to the crossroads mall. the tgif in Watertown ny closed all those fifty cards ppl bought and gave at xmas. now needed to travel to use them. any how.. this tgif was very nice . waiter was pleasant and friendly and funny. place was clean atmosphere was nice not to to noicey.
Where do I start.. free food and great service
Waited over an hour at our table and left without getting our meals. Took almost 20 minutes for my children to get their drinks. Their meals came cold and wrong which turned into my daughter crying. Had to tell two different people it was wrong before they fixed it. My husband and I never ended up getting dinner. The manager was there the whole time walk by and looked at us at least a dozen times and never once came to see what the issue was not even when I requested to pay fo the kids meals so I could leave. service sucked messed up everything no check back nothing im a sever bartender and in MIT over 20 yrs w restaurant business i always loved going there but tonight was the worst ever
food was great but slow coming out. we waited too long after finishing our appetizers
Food was cooked well but drinks were a bit off
Wide variety of selections on there menu . Love the Jack Daniels glaze
