Terrible experience I had the other day. I saw a deal online that made me want to go there but come to find out they aren’t doing that anymore.. even though it’s on their website. The nachos that they have on their menu aren’t real nachos and they didn’t inform us about it, and they were disgusting. Then it took about an hour to get BURNT chicken. Our waitress was great but that was about it. Slow service. Dirty silverware. GF bun was stale (plus, Iordered no cheese & it came with cheese). 1 couple walked out after waiting 20 minutes for service. Another couple didn't get their draft beers. Another couple had poor food quality. 1 family walked out after hearing about all this.... Would not recommend at all...

TGI Friday’s (Waterbury, CT) has to be one of the worse managed restaurants I’ve had the experience of patronizing. Waited for 35 minutes with only one group of 4 in front of us then they lost the list and we were pushed back another 20. Ended up leaving and going to Outback. By the way, TGI Friday’s was only about half occupied
