The waitress had no clue what she was doing, couldn't handle the pressure of a restaurant.
Absolutely horrible experience. Took the waiter almost 30 minutes to come take our order. Then after taking the order didnt take away the menus, we had no silverware or napkins at our table and had to ask for them. After placing our order it took another 10-15 minutes to get our drinks. The food did come out fairly quickly once he finally took our order. Service was bad � waited about 35+ just for drinks.. Food �.. Everything about it Was just bad... What a waste of anniversary dinner..
We had a birthday party of 13 people and one of our parties person didn't get her food until 45 minutes after we have gotta our food. Some of us finish or almost finished when she got her food.
Awful. Gross. Bathrooms were nasty. Food was cold endless app they gave u small portions. Waited an hour for each plate nearly. The wAitress was awful. Never checked up on us

Food and waitress service was slow. Food was cold, sloppy and inconsistent. People behind us were experiencing the same thing. Not coming back. I'll go to BWW and Chilis right next door.
Not sure if I will ever go again. Food was cold. Literally waited an hour for our food. They give u like nothing on a plate for the endless apps... portions are so small. The bathrooms were disgusting. The floors were filled with trash and food. I mean granted yes the food tastes good when it's fresh but come on... mcdonalds has better and faster service than what I got. To wait an hour for my food and seeing others who came in way after than I did get there's first is rediculous.
The service lately hasn't be all that good because the food has been cold or over cooked. Even the drinks aren't that good anymore.
