When Ann the manager makes a fist and threatens to PUNCH an employee (because she's scared if a 5" 10" employee), there's something wrong. 28 years in the restaurant business, and I've seen enough to know that this is a horrible manager. Calls going out in the morning to the upper echelon to make sure this is taken care of.
Monday night place was dead but it took FOREVER to get drinks and apps!
Poooor. Very poor it has gone down hill! Poor all around
The food is great and the host is a great comedian!
It took them for ever to bring drinks and food to table then forgot to put my app in so I ended up waiting for another 20 mins till they brought my husbands app
The server was amazing. It was a girl named Katie. She was very very attentive. And when I told her my steak was way over cooked she took it back. And then when she brought me back another sirloin the steak was disgustingly raw. I told her to just get me a to go box and I'd cook it to my liking when I got home. Well I got home 2 hours later and open the box and the steak was perfect. Lol. It must of cooked itself. And it was DELICIOUS!!! Sat down .. person was nice and helpful .. then we were left for dead .. no waiter .. got up and went to Buffalo wild wings .. Sad experience at TGI Fridays .. they need to change their game ..
It was good i was whit my beautiful daughter in a daughter and daddy date and it whent great ny daughter love it and mike the waitress was veru good whit us
Portions were small was cold inside bathrooms were nasty and dirty. Service was slow. Said they were busy and we waited 15 mins for table when i could count 10 empty tables from the door that they eventully sat us at one of. Workers were ruid and complained and swore loudly. Are never going again. Fifth fridays ive been to there all the same. But at least this one cooked my cheeseburger.
