Very poor service waited 30 for the waiter to come we had to get our own silverware and place mats when it was time to go we had to again go get our own to get a box so we could take our food and go
This use to be my favorite place to eat. But the last couple of times have been really bad. Ordered apps, never came. Ordered soup, it was cold and the broccoli was raw. The burger was over cooked too. Slow service on a not busy night. Went for a birthday and they don't do anything special for that either. Very disappointed.
I was very disappointed. We had to stand there and wait 15-20 minutes before anyone showed up to seat us. There was no else waiting. Someone came in from Macdonald and told them we were waiting and all of a sodden 3 people showed up. I asked for a gluten free menu and to wait for it. Told them my silverware and napkin was soaking wet and I would like another and she seemed put out - not our waitress. Terrible food, it was cold and too greasy, they wait was 45 minutes for quesadillas and pasta. Asked for manager 30 minutes later and no manager. Not even worth my time and money. It want even busy. Never coming here again.
Used to be okay service, but now maybe 1 out of every 10 times I order the same exact salad to go it's actually made correctly... a salad, how hard is it to put all the ingredients on a $13 salad?! Sometimes it's just one barely noticeable thing missing, other times it's half the ingredients and the wrong dressing too! You guys have officially lost my business. I should ask for my money back for all the times I sucked it up and ate what I got out of being hungry and in a hurry, you'd owe me >$180
It was a horrible experience there wasn't any silverware for the food so we told the waiter walking by since ours couldn't be found for 30 mins that we really would appreciate if he could give us some silverware to eat witj and he said something like thats why God made slaves and to eat with our hands we all talked to the manager about it directly for his rudeness and he apologized as well as the waiter and said he said sleeves not slaves which was a lie and then took another 30 mins to get the waitress to send us our bill a... read more
I had a great time, the guy behind the bar was the best. Turned on UFC fight upon request, was on top of food and drinks. Great experience, keep it up guys, will be back!!!!
The food was so good and fresh. Definitely will go again.
