Been to both TGI Friday’s and the one in Newark was night and day better then the one in New Castle !

Worst experience I ever had at a Fridays... I used to tow work for Friday's and if a guest had anywhere near the horrible service we did he would have had better customer service then the manager thursday night. Put waiter Jason was rude and he threw my staws on the floor and the table. It took 30 mins to get my drinks and to top it off there was a hair in my salmon.. INSIDE... HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN.. Disgusting place to eatv

I used to think that TGI Friday’s has the best steaks and ribs with Jack Daniels sauce but last night the waitress talked me into getting the $14.99 meal so I was able to get steak and ribs together. The steak was so tough I had to spit it out 3 times and the ribs were not good either. Very dried up!! It was like the meal was sitting out for awhile. And I have had both your steaks and ribs and they used to be good. I wasn’t impressed at all. And it wasn’t that crowded and had to wait a while for our food.

Take out service is an after thought here. A simple order took forever with little empathy or apologies from staff. I’m headed to Applebee’s down the street.
Horrible service!!! The worst waiter EVER!!!!! It took like 20 minutes just to get our drinks 🍹 need I say more🤨🤨
