Had a coupon, had a really good hamburger, no wait on a Saturday night
Word to the wise...don't have your customer on your job. I had a Groupon they refused to accept and the managers solution was for me to call Groupon or TGIF customer service while at dinner to see how they could possibly accept this coupon. My poor waitress clearly felt awkward about it and I not wanting to spend my meal time with my kids after a long day on the phone just cancelled and paid leaving a 25percebt tip for my waitress. I love coming here during the day. I come with my young son and sit in the bar area. The nice hostess always remembers us and knows we prefer the bar section. (I personally think the service is better over there.). Yesterday, all the booths were taken, in that section, and she apologized and we just got a high table. But she said we could switch to a booth when someone gets up. She was very accommodating. And I appreciate that. Thank you.
Horrible we came with people got disrespected waited two hours for our food and got moved twice from a table then the managers made it no better. management is horrible staff is very very rude.
