Terrible service tonight we weren't checked on at all... table was full with cups.... waiter walked away in the MIDDLE of us ordering our food and messed up our order ��

What a horrible experience tonite - so my business partners (7 people) & I are at Friday's in TGI Fridays (Newark, DE) like we do every Tuesday for the past three years! Everyone is ordering endless apps except two of us - so I am getting ready to use my coupon and the server is telling me I can't use it?? I ordered an entree a salad. Why am I not able to use my reward?? Server got very rude and gave his version of the story to the manager and it makes no senses why I cannot use my rewards towards my entree, please explain??

Service was good but food is horrible. The 10 for 10 menu they just changed ingredients to make cheaper. Waitress was good so that's why I give two stars. Also no beef to status nachos anymore.
