I went in alone and sat at the bar took over 20 min for the bartender to aknowledge me i ordered a soda and he didn't come back with it for 5 minutes no one else was at the bar and he put in the wrong order for my lunch wasn't a very good expirience at all I will be going to another Friday's from now on

Maybe tell your staff not to throw away or keep customer's personal items! My daughter left a LIBRARY book on the table. When we realized the next day I called the restaurant, figuring it would be in the lost and found. Nope, nothing! It is gone and now we are on the hook with the library to pay for it. Don't get me wrong. I know we left it and it is our responsibility, but as a former server, I always checked the tables to make sure nothing was left. The food was great. But our waitress was really poor at waitressing when I got my plate I got food on it that I didn't even know I was getting for the side. I even asked her did my plate come with any sides she didn't know.
