I was admitted with shortness of breath, rapid heart rate and a cough due to still recovering from Covid with a chronic lung condition. The FLOOR nursing staff was absolutely AMAZING. However, Dr Sara Boucher was ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! She discharged me with a heart rate continually in the 130-140’s and continued shortness of breath. My husband went in for a Procedure he had to sit in a chair because they didn't have a bed available for him. They could not start his anesthesia. Dr was ready for him early, but had to wait for a bed.
Very concerned and quick care. Having trouble with Asthma. Doctors and Nurses was caring.
My sweet Dad passed away on the 27th at your hospital 😭 to all the ICU nurses who took great care of him I think y'all so much best hospital thanks so much for taking care of him

the er service was absolutely horrible,the doctor was so rude came in insulted me because I'm a large woman he ordered test and NEVER CAME BACK. finally after a few hours of me sitting there on a bed with a metal bar poking in my back a nurse walks in and looks at me and says GOIN HOME. THE DOCTOR NEVER SPOKE WITH ME TOLD ME ANYTHING. I WILL NOT USE THIS ER EVER AGAIN AND I WONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

From the pre-op, to post-op to in the room I had nothing but excellent nursing care from the nurses on the 6th floor(602), to the aides and students. Erin, Lauren, Amber, Ashley and many others went above and beyond and I am thankful. The only complaint I had was with dietary. Not one time in three days did they get my water( was to be room temp but was ice cold) or my protein shake to me correctly. Was treated horrible. Layed in bed after a car accident for hours without any thing for pain. Not even a drink of water. Never never would I go there again. Dr was a joke
