This program has been amazing. Lots of hard work, but Dr Yale and her staff are the best support system you could ask for, from the one on one education you get throughout the program, to the skills you need to transform your eating for the rest of your life. I would highly recommend Dr Yale and Ideal Protein to anyone who has struggled with weight loss. You won't regret it!
Dr. Yale, Scott, Angela and team are outstanding. Very focused on my goals, professional, positive and encouraging. They are always available to answer my food questions as to what is “on plan” or not as well as guide me I making the best choices. My numbers are proof: March 2019 - 31% body fat; October 2019 - 13% body fat and holding! I could not be more pleased.

Great experience with Texas Weight and Wellness since June 2017. My results on the Ideal Protein protocol along with the terrific support from Dr. Rebecca Yale and her staff have been outstanding. Between June 2017 and June 2018, I lost 56 pounds on Ideal Protein.
