Well I bought 4 new tires from them in March 6 months later the tiers are bald. I called to speck with them about this issue. They said their was nothing they could do. So they do not stand behind their product.
I do not recommend purchasing anything from these people. They have horrible custom service the manager sexually harassed my girlfriend multiple times and they lie about getting anything to you when they say. Took 2 weeks to get one tire from another location and every time we call they give us the run around. Whatcha think?
I will never be back, nor will my family. We have all used them (this specific location) my brother went up there today and also had issues. Had to threaten them that he wouldn’t blast them on social media just to get what he paid for. I have personally been sexually harassed with the manager telling me, he bets that my boobs would look good without my shirt on. Many more comments were made by him. I felt extremely violated and uncomfortable.
I've personally purchased a set of 24"s gor my wife's Tahoe and a set of 35" nitto ridge grapplers on 20"s with a 2" level kit for my '18 Ram 2500 and they have been all good. I know several others who have gone here with no issues too. Definitely will get Texas Tires from now on.
I WOULD NOT GO HERE. I purchased 2 Tires from here on 11/27/2017. I decided to use their “100-Day same as cash” that they advertise. Upon purchasing the tires I reviewed the first receipt and the total was $388.00, including a $99.00 “shop fee” which had no description of what that fee was charged for... REMEMBER THIS IS 2 TIRES, not low profile nor on the higher end of tires. I told them my concerns and they waived the shop fee as they had no explanation for what they were charging that $99.00 for.. I don’t recommend this person.i did already my Toyota 4 runner for 4 wheels and tires.but that wheels are crazy.no balancing.i went to Toyota,NTB,Pep boys, and my mechanic also,every body said to me wheels bad. Now my truck everytime shaking.i replace everything front wheel bearing,hub,axel,joints also.but never stop shaking.i hate that wheel.i lose my money for everything 5000$. Wheels and tire and lift kit 3000$.i never go hear.i hate Texas Tyres.
